Let me see how that works; Senior preferred deemed paid by SPSPA amendment, Common $FNMA~ $FMCC~ owned GSEs immediately retain all capital moving forward, then someday in a Galaxy many light years away JPS may see a dividend after the Cap rule's been met or cancel 15 JPS shares for a single $FNMA~ $FMCC~ ownership share and call it redeemed.
