Never trust L2 because it DOES NOT SHOW ALL OR NONE TRADES. So L2 might show 300 million on ask but in reality there might be a 3 billion ALL OR NONE sitting there with it which L2 doesn't sow. That would be an impenetrable impossible invisible wall that L2 is helpless to see.
