I believe the Southeast Edibles chocolate division is doing much better than anticipated and someone realizes it and is slowly accumulating. With the low float, the buyer has been patient and getting their price which is in the $.20 - $.25 range and not bringing attention to their others.
If any good news or surprising comes out, I believe we could see $1.00 a share in a heartbeat.
