I agree with .40s before any news comes out. Not sure it is suppression as much as just limited interest in buying the stock. If there is "something" bringing the price down, I have suspicions that a larger player is exiting a position. It is just guesswork really but I think it makes sense with such a small amount of volume.

I'm all tied up in another couple stocks at the moment but definitely looking to free up some cash once this is under .50 around year end or early Jan. Timeline is tough to say with much certainty.
