I would think giving 2 PDUFA dates and
pushing both back would be slightly irresponsible
of the FDA to do that.

Since we do not know FDA response, we only know the
second PDUFA given date.
My point is that the only info we have is by PLX. We
do not know if there were any conditional clause/s
in regards travel restrictions by the FDA to its
personel enclosed with their second date.

We can only hope that your assumption is correct, or
better still that FDA personel get the Covid vax, or
perhaps much better, the Covid will disappear from the
face of earth.
