Thanks for posting John. I'm deep underwater on this and having financial troubles. I don't mean to stir the pot. I was expecting long awaited progress. This thing was in packaging ready to go in 2019. I was just caught off guard by the update.

I simply did the DD for everyone here, posted it, and clearly outlined that the patent claims were rejected or unpatentable. There could be a path forward...just will take at least a year or more. And that is based on previous devices that have received non-final action letters. It doesn't take a "device expert" to search for the patent application (RMSL even provided the number!) and READ through the documents. Took me about 15 minutes of doing DD - which many here don't actually do. This is good for a flip - and I feel for those holding losses that are due to the absolute incompetence of the CEO. Now the A/S will be going from 1B to 3B which means there is plan for massive dilution at some point.

BTW, I dont believe anything people post on this board or any other board until there is proof of claims. Good luck to you..I'll continue to do the DD for you
