I'm not sure that most people even realize how large 47 acres really is or what the potential of that property and project can become. The word ginormous pretty much fits it perfectly.
I can only assume most people don't know about it...yet?
They will soon though.
Not selling any till over .01 and holding at least 1/2 for the big pay day. Perhaps multiple 7 digit even.
