AMEP,,,lets stop the panic,,AUTHORized doesn't mean ISSUED - or OUTstanding -,,,it they are still NOT issued, then THERE IS NO Dilution,,,,imho,,,many times new shares are used for positive transactions or needs, in order to increase shareholders values,,,
