Perhaps to an extent, but the bigger issue here is the excessive debt and notes accumulated over the years. It’s not current, and if Cashscam and co. continue this negligent act with how they publicly operate this company, then those new OTC regulations will hit quicker than you think with a full delisting and trade restrictions.
