There are 3 sellers with CDEL being the big one. GTSM and OTCX also have sellers, just not as big. Just my opinion, these 3 are all part of the past MDCL gang and don't believe JD will come through and want to punish JD and shareholders because JD showed them the door to leave.
They will continue to reload with sell orders until they run out of shares so the sell side price on the screen doesn't mean anything because they are just trying to lure in buyers so they can smack them. Right now we don't have enough buy volume to take them out and move up.
Just another personal thought, I think the past MDCL gang is trying to get another deal or deals lined up but are finding no takers. I believe their reputation is shot in the industry and they will never find any suitors and never capitalize on what could have been great fortune.
If that meeting today in Pueblo is the final piece of the puzzle we have been waiting for, it won't matter much longer because these sellers will run out of stock in a hurry. The financials of SHWZ will catch the eyes of the big boys and they will come for the stock.
