I think you probably meant an 8-K. If the NVSOS filings were legitimately submitted by FiveT, and if indeed there was a substantial change to the business (other than a name change), then we'd expect an 8-K at some point, but we all found out back in September/October that a company can delay an 8-K for such events until it releases an official press release. But so far all that's indicated in those NVSOS filings is a business name change (an odd one unless it's that industrial heating company by that name, which seems unlikely) and a share structure change, but nothing else. It's all pretty sketchy - don't know what to make of it. Here's hoping it's sorted out sooner than later...
