I have read a few articles that Biden is considering it, but it wont pass in the Senate, unless its flipped come Jan 5th runoff.

I would think that with more than 40 states now legalizing it, you would think the pressure would be on to take it off all the schedules and make it legal in all 50 states.

Then hopefully all my pot stocks will take off!
