They converted ordinary shares into preference shares in that merger and they have 4 billion shares on issue compared to 24.4m shares here. I agree with you our business with big data analytics has much bigger potential as shown by SNOW/ZI valuations. Still hasn't stopped them from getting a $431m market cap on the OTC with $170k odd revenues straight after filings. I just can't believe how undervalued CLHI / TDS is at $6m market cap it is beyond ridiculous at this point.
