NCLH though undervalued, had a recent rise of around 30 percent to their stock. They took the opportunity to do a raise of capital to cover expenses as their ships are docked. Interesting timing on the raise, wouldn't you say? And we are talking about a multi billion dollar company that has money in the bank. I do not expect Titan to announce a raise given the fact that they are above $1 and need to do so for another few days but nobody can predict the future.
It is your investment and your decision, nobody else should make it for you.
