Some say yes but I think its safe to say not anytime soon. I think it was probably a way for Anderson to reduce his share structure before he did the reverse split. He probably always knew AMDAQ would never open. In fact I do not think there has even been any updates in the past three years about it. Scamderson wins again. Share holders loose. Thats his Mode of Operation apparently IMO.
