Hey Fred, on another note to show things are moving forward on the WaMu front, take a look at the following. This may bode well for UWBKQ closeout because the delays may have been tied to Libor which now may be over in late December 2020. We know that in a suit settled by JPM in year 2013, I believe, UWBKQ has MBS that were in involved in the JPM 13 billion settlement which the FDIC would have taken possession.
