That is correct the floor on the notes totaling 400K is .20. The last note for 300K is .15. First one should ask why RBC agreed to such high floors? At this point they could of demanded a floor of .05 and it still would of been considered non toxic meeting the requirements to UPLIST to the QB. Perhaps RBC was given a picture of what's laying down the road for PCTL?

Now that the 6 loans totaling 2.1M which included the 447+M in warrants has been settled the dilution has come to an end. The AS will not need to increase as many shareholders were concerned about. Suppose Gary could let RBC convert the 400 and 300K loans however I would assume the SP would be considerably higher than the .20 for it to be worthwhile for RBC to convert. That would be about 4M in shares for the 700K they got to pay off the debt and ramp up production. Not even close for a AS increase.

You are also correct the shares that RBC received are probably being feed into the float. Could also be the 123M are/were also feeding the float during 2020. Perhaps we will know more as we keep an eye on the restricted shares.

Looking back over what's happened over the past year. Imo Gary's primary goal was to pay off debt. Covid has helped him do that at the same time putting the company in a much better financial position as far a growth and revenue with 10M guidance for 2021.

I see you mentioned the 900+K after hrs. trade. I agree it's a average though the day of the different individual trades. I remember 2 summers ago into the fall when the company went through dilution and those shares were hitting the float after hrs.. Those trades were listed as T Trades sells on the ihub trades page. This 990+K AVG. trade yesterday was listed as a AVG trade and buy on ihubs trade sheet. I understand that trade sheet might not be that reliable with sells showing up as bid wacks and buys as ask hits the ? being trades that are between the ask and bid. Even some of my buys which is between the ask and bid shows up on Schwab as sells. How all that works IDK.

My questions is how do you know this last 990+K AVG. was a T trade when it showed up as a AVG. trade. How do you know it was shares hitting the market vs shares being bought?
