You cannot deny though that posting that document right at market open caused a panic sell. It was gapping from .006 to .01 premarket and then crashed because known twitter pump and dumpers absolutely seized on it retweeted multiple times without your caveats just pure fearmongering, played it as a short, and successfully

Even though I believe it wasn't your intention, and certainly wasn't your fault it resulted in many people on this board losing thousands of dollar value. My problem not yours, but please don't act like I shouldn't be frustrated by that

Now just like with PFMS (which is going on a month now) we have a document that doesn't make sense, a new company that is a ghost, Lazar still all the officers, and no 8k or guidance from anyone.

I saw at least 10 other people that posted it as well. When a filing drops like that it ALWAYS gets posted to give people the heads up. Thats just how it is. It’s obv not intended for peeps to lose money. It’s more of a heads up/be cautious to the other traders we trade with. Yes nothing has come yet with PFMS and this one the math doesn’t add up so just gotta pay attention and see what comes next. I hope it’s fake. I really do. Unfortunately Lazar is known for the splits so that’s why u really gotta be on point and see what comes from this filing. Wish u guys the best and hope something positive comes from this.
