#12801 RE: Jcazz #12800

It's as if you're upset the stock went up today, I'm going to tell you something now,..you are playing a dangerous game here, people work hard for their money and it would be wise to respect that fact.

I don't have time now to check your credentials and if the doc is real following the link but I will, nevertheless, a R/S is not always a bad thing if a company is willing to uplist to a higher tier without pumping,

pumping is only a temporary fix and it's always been taken advantage by daytraders to decimate profits for the rest of shareholders, and why would a company have a buyback when they are relying on shareholders to raise funds for operations,

as of now we all know there's no dilution since there's no toxic debt, but we have been dealing with small minded CEO's and poorly run companies in the past that we automatically associate R/S with failure.

When an R/S takes place, the shares are less, but the value is the same, problem is like I said before lies with crooked CEO's when they have a major need to dilute further from higher prices, since the only thing they are trying to achieve with a R/S is just to raise to ceiling while creating a longer and deeper fall, but like I also mentioned, there's no need to fear that, since there's no loans, no private offering and the company is self sufficient and not a beggar like most pinkies.

On that note, I do appreciate you coming here like a man and present your findings....
..to be continued.
