shared share count.. also any new shares given to company people may be held till higher prices or have a hold date.. other than that IMO no R/S has been mentioned and really shouldn't be talked about.. all it does is scare new eyes away.. again there has been no mention of a reverse split by the company.. and I would imagine 80% of the people holding today will sell into the EUA/FDA high dollar runs anyways. so what's the point ? IMO
