Key word in your statement is seems. Factual current evidence is what we all need. Until there is proof it is all baseless claims. So many tickers have had dilution in the past. I can recall 20 tickers this year that have been in the same boat but then moved forward with a plan that raised the stocks value 1000%-20000%. So what it seems is not actual proof and my statement shows proof of what a company can do differently. I would give those tickers but due to posting restrictions I can't.
