RSI is the relative strength index.. I typically use a setting of 5 as opposed to the default of 14. But it is a momentum oscillator that measures the speed and change of price movements. The RSI oscillates between zero and 100. Traditionally the RSI is considered overbought when above 70 and oversold when below 30. So on the KNOS chart that I use for my own scans, I use an RSI setting of 5. With that setting, KNOS is extremely oversold and the RSI is sitting at 8.91
With a standard RSI of 14 day setting, the RSI on KNOS is at 23.02, well under the 30 mark of being oversold.
