By the CEOs own words, he cleaned up toxic notes to be positioned for more conventional funding. PCTs outstanding will close in on 1B and force an increase in authorized in the not too distant future

Especially if they attract conventional funding

They definitely will not consider a RS

Then once the dilution has ended the price will adjust.
