At the time of sale, stock price was hovering around $1, there is a good possibility of high premium price, perhaps $2-2.50 or more, thus the stock moving up to $4.75!! last week!... just a possibility, because the stock was trading close to 4 few months ago, it was the shorts who took it down, so mgmt and CEO can't give away share for lower price but a high premium!!!
