The divy didn't happen for PURA shareholders because PAOG doesnt have the shares available in its already bloated AS. It will happen. All the PURA shareholders have to do is while we domicile the company in a different state. One with weaker rules that will allow us to increase the AS and further dilute the stock by giving the PURA shareholders the one to one divy we promised. Everybody happy now? How'd ya think they were going to pay for it?
