I understand that there is investor sentiment both positive and negative before/during/ after a RS that can affect share price. There are many examples of stocks where there was share price benefit and others- share price loss following a RS.

Third time this month- on this and other boards- I have seen lousy math used to justify how a RS "kills" the small investor because they lose money at the moment of the change. RS are neutral in terms of dollar/share price at the moment of the change. Just saying.
