Tom completely screwed shareholders. First was that offering at 0.005 now dilution to 3B sitting on news he had the whole time. I emailed late October, he said everything was good. He knew it was toast at that time. I'm not a day trader. I thought he might have a good product that could help people even. Never trust an old CEO. Not to mention it's not a great time to be short on cash with this COVID nonsense.
