S.C. I think we are safe with Biden in the W.H. for a somewhat ironic reason. There is a push within the radical arm of the Democratic Party to pack the Court with 4 more justices--liberals of course.
Joe Biden is Catholic, as are 6 of the S.C. Justices. I believe he will be comfortable with the Court as is.
However, once they pull the 25th Amendment and Kamala Harris becomes President, there will be 13 justices.
Conservatives need to start saying a prayer for Joe Biden's health every day.
This, by the way — this singling out of religious people, is the very definition of persecution.
