Lets see the announcement of the Merger completed. .06 seems awfully low to me.

The share price got up past $0.17 back in the summer, and that was before we knew of Transunion and other additional major partners being involved, plus Commonpass. And that was without the DA or merger being completed yet.

This gets up at, past, or near a dollar, after DA (within days after DA).
Price goes up even more than that after revenue/valuation metrics and projections kick in at a later stage.
