Should have been but WHO/US guidence said "No Worry". People in China in Frbruary said Mask and eye protection. If you look at common people in China going to work during SARS or MERS or others you will see that is what they do. As Rummy said “You go to war with the army you have, not the army you might want or wish to have at a later time." US totally unprepared, as was the rest of the world, for a plague. Here is the thing...where is all this tracing/tracking information that the health community has been gathering? One thing we know is that all the critical information...will change. Wear a mask if just to remind yourself of one thing...DON'T DO ANYTHING STUPID.
