I suspect that all the Pach Labs inventory is suffering the same fate as the BLF inventory.

The rent isn’t getting paid. Employees aren’t getting paid. And the inventory has been locked up as collateral.

If you have contact info for Andy Dhruv, send to me. I will ask him the tough questions without hesitation.

He can’t send you samples because he can’t access his own inventory. Now maybe that’s what Anshu is putting his $100k towards. Hopefully so. Because there may not be another AG type lender to come negotiate that inventory of product in lieu of debt.
