Sorry but lack of understanding how things work is why so many are confused about the massive overhang of shares

Namtae, the numbers are there, we have hit the 723 mil. number already. They have been sold into the market.

723m means thats how many shares have been issued. For ex, RBC was issued 31.5m shares few weeks ago - that number is figured into the 723m... but it doesnt mean RBC sold those shares. Geez!!!

Ive been warning about this for months.. stating PCTLs share price wasnt going anywhere and yet, in the face of the undisputable fact PCTLs share price cant budge up even a little without getting slammed, some continue to dream all the shares have already been sold into the market

I wonder why I bother
