Thank you, I did have a nice holidays. I hope yours was very pleasant as
well. We have been extremely busy working on the refinance of our Shell
Landing property, and as of now are seeing very positive progress towards
the completion of this transaction. We have at the same time been working
very diligently on contingency plans in the case of any unexpected
situations. But our expectations and spirits are high and we are excited
about what is in store for us once the refinance has taken place.
On another note, if you have not noticed already, we have successfully
completed our secondary listing registration on the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange. Ticker Symbol (HCPB.F). We have a great group in Germany
beginning their promotions and hopefully we will see some movement in the
days to come.
I apologize for you not receiving any emails from me recently, but as I have
stated above we have been extraordinarily busy with the pending refinance.
