Ed refused to convert them, so their " rights " are bogus.

Any note holder is well within thier rights to convert yet ZERO shares have come to mkt in years.

The no dilution policy in 2 years was something I always gave Ed credit for....

My point was in May he tweeted the same thing he tweeted today....
