I've heard they mainly are sold to bars to charge that amount you mentioned per shot (and for visibility) with a few bottles distributed to their favorite liquor stores/customers so it's "available" to retail. Will definitely have to find out where to get it if this goes through. Not even sure what I'd tip on a $300 shot lol
