Anybody can pay MoneyTV for a spot but that doesn't make it real or factual. Generally these spots they promote are paid advertisements to sell stock. Look at reality. Halberd has 4 employees listed, no cash, no real property and a half million in debt and they are going to save the world from the Wuhan Flu. That doesn't make much sense.
