would be trading north of $40 with their metrics ($4 BILLION net per qtr x 10pe = $40 pps)

Get rid of the PSPA and the liquidation preference is eliminated and frees the equity to actually see VALUE --- the Preferred camp wants to ignore the FACT that elimination of the net worth sweep and write down of the liquidation preference will DEFINITELY put our share price north of $40......
