OK... This CEO went from Carrot Dangling to stick beating shareholders with a R/S. An OTC R/S is always bad JuJu. Nothing good comes froms it.

Human instinct is to naturally assume the worst. Most people are clinging to the potential 300:1 split rather than the 20:1.
