There hasn’t been any updates on the PACER system in about 3 mo... any progress in the litigation would show the following day... with the push to get the filings current, it appears that litigation is coming to a close.. we hope! Lol. Who knows, maybe getting filings current is mandated by any resolution they’ve agreed to.. time will tell..
