I don’t think they are rethinking it. But I do believe in my opinion that they might have received a lot of feedback from angry investors who have lost money and are not too happy and possibly threatening legal action against the company and all involved. Remember - If Kevin Hagen is truly Co-Conspirator # 8 that is in the indictment, then the whole company can be sued and all the different subsidiaries that are all under the different names. And if they are all found guilty with the way that the Rico Act can be implied, then ALL PERSONAL PROPERTY gets thrown in as well in a effort to recoup any illegally gotten gains for the benefit of paying back the government and shareholders who might eventually sue in a Class Action Suit. Remember - RICO ACT if used goes back years. Not just what they have at the time of their guilty verdict. Properties of all kinds are confiscated. Just saying since no one knows for sure what the FBI and government are truly after since part of the case has been sealed. So who knows who is implicating or squealing on who. But in my opinion someone has started talking in the hopes of keeping somewhat of their life’s belongings and not see it all taken away via a RICO ACT indictment and guilty verdict!
