Makes sense. I bought my initial shares not long after the LOI.

Using the Internet Archive I am able to pull up a version of their site captured on August 1, 2019. https://web.archive.org/web/20190801053944/http://www.pashealth.com/

Thanks for the reply to address my concerns. I'm feeling slightly more optimistic now.
