Actually what is known of Kenny is that he'll release a PR pump about anything. Even if it's meaningless.
As in...
Oh wow just completed an Angiography Manual.
Another bow wow, busy working on a Patient Consent Form.
From May onward there were 7 different PR pumps about the dreaded stability study.
All of these items a real biotech wouldn't have mentioned. Any on the Nasdaq issuing such PR pumps would've been laughed at, with the big kids voting with their feet.
The next likely PR pump from Kenny will be something about a "test".
What one will never hear Kenny state in a PR pump is: "The FDA accepted the Lohr ad hoc study data. And had no concerns about the data, or has requested more data from the studies".
Instead Kenny will pretend it's all about just a few "tests" being run. It will be sooo thrilling... and meaningless.
