I only post here and read the posts when my life is at or near rock bottom

my close friends still havent sold their 6.9 million shares and Tadlock IMHO still owns 5.6 million or so making alot of restricted shares and therefore the low float since most of the float are past sec 13g filers

have you actually found out if CEO plans to resume operations per your PRGNF yes my friend Mr. Chu lost close to 6.5 million and is wiped out of all his worth and he still has a fantasy not reality that he will recovr some of his losses in this

that is how desperate he has become , prior to the march market crash earlier in the year things were doing pretty good for him and in less then a few weeks he became broke

so I want to find out for him if TEUFF is going to make a real start up plan

at least Tadlock was high on legal fight settlement 2 years ago but they stopped talking when Chu tried to get his life back on track until the March disasater happened now he is watching this once again

remember Chu and Tadlock blocked the reverse split dilution plan back in 2016/17 time frame, they tried and failed

then they removed he shareholders plan admendment in 2018 , not sure what was in that plan amdenment the CEO cancelled

that is why I was worried they were printing new shares again bypassing all shareholders etc. to pay for expenses despite them being out of commisiion , I still do not trust them after them taking 2 ships assuming their liabilites and then quickly selling them for about 2.6 million in profits and CEO keeping the money,and then gutting the 2.8 miliion in receivables again back to his private company thru contracts to make it appear legal etc.

he has a large private company Allseas which he moves ships from TEUFF over many times but sold them all to avoid appearance of conflict or investor investigations and audits

but even Chu suggested to them 3 years ago to give us TEUFF a stake in his company that he stole so much assets and profts from and go public with his Allseas and we own a piece of it - IMHO , but he wants it all for himself only

he cares zero about us without legal pressures or settlements to offer is a piece of any new recapitalizations


the trading in share is low for here and paragon

where did you hear of CEO restarting business , did you talk to them ???

I have 6 different brokers


none of them support level II pinks sheet stocks that well

so I see trades and one bid one ask

I used to see them before they went from OTC to pink once that happened I dont see level II on pinks only regular stocks
