The last bit of info requested from VC Zurn is she wanted to hear from share holders and ben berry was working on getting in contact with them and has succeeded in doing so with CLHI shareholders and to the best of my knowledge CLHI is the holdup on everything.

I was told by the Delaware courts that VC Zurn said we were consolidated with two other cases.

CLHI seems to be the only case left requiring info explained above.
