#45518 RE: fsmith1952 #45517

Not sure I'd want to say what my break even is since I don't want folks selling out right before it. My break even is calculated to include all the lawyer fees, though. About 2M shares.

I applaud you for your candidness

and honesty. I can tell you from my own
experience that some of the lazar plays of
mine have worked out nicely, some not, and
others are pending. I own LICH currently and
that is a post r/m company. Like many other
Lazar tickers after transfer of shell/ownership
the sit for a long time waiting to see if the
new owners are legit.

The one thought I can tell you is that holding
after the r/m is mostly a waist. Secondly, if
I was in your position, I would average down if
you could and nab shares.

Even if you were to match your share totals from
your avg, you would still need .075 to break even.

I think with the way trading and volume has been,
this ticker with a r/m can get to .03-.04. I
dont have a lot of faith that the t/a float number
of 10 million is correct. this wouldnt trade 700k
a couple days in a row and I suspect maybe a note
holder is getting paid back.

I would be happy if the float is verified by Lawyers
of Lazar for 25-50 million float here. That can still
get us to .04-.06 area with a great partner.

that would be awesome for those who buy in now and
would get you closer/close to getting your money
back...

I hope you do... TY for your honesty...

good luck
