Were the stock options in QMC or QDX HealthID inc?

If you really believe QMC is making money with QDXHID, the possibility that management has separate ownership in QDX HealthID Inc should scare the heck out of you. Same with QMVT. If the thought of preferred scared you, what do you think happens if they move all the valuable assets into subs and JVs that are primarily owned by insiders. Of course if they filed their required disclosure, we'd know the answers.
