Does QMC get $'s for every test sold by Innova?

For kicks and grins, let's say they do. Then what? Is QMC paying the people administering the tests to enter the results? What's the mechanics of that??? If that was happening, don't you think there would some news about it somewhere?

Given that 100's, if not 1000's of people are likely involved in administering the tests, who is giving them access to the system? How are they set-up for payment? How are they controlling the quality of the data? And on and on and on.

From a complete absence of any mention of QMC/QDXHID to all sorts of questions that have no reasonable, working answers, there is simply no reason to believe QMC/QDXHID is involved.
