Fair enough. If not declared already, that should have been stated from the jump once the Q came off. It would have provided much needed clarity versus ALL the unnecessary drama swirling around a silly red light @ BRTX

And if you believe that this company does not have the fillings done you would be terribly mistaken.. There is absolutely no fricking way that the courts would except the reorg without all I's dotted and T's crossed....
Fillings coming sooner than one might think...
