If this case is close at all, I look for something Wednesday, 11/26 or possibly Friday 11/27 to bury this little bitty nightmare of a bank under the radar of a major Holiday.
Something should be giving very soon regarding the POL and/or F/O thus leading the way for distributions of between six and nine plus a copy.
This will allow for the termination of cases in Jan or Feb followed by immediate destruction of all documents. Hmmmm...Hmmm
