They’re not even competent at committing fraud, bar their incompetent misleading statements, which were relatively minor, this stock would likely still be trading on the pinks and at 5 cents. My point being, tweaking their craptacular advertising, still fraudulent of course and not a viable business model, nor obviously appropriate, they really could be still spurring ridiculous speculation.
I am NOT condoning fraud btw, I’m just pointing out that management is so incompetent at both legit and non legit business, hence 100% incompetent in both realms.
